- Upon receipt of the minimum required documentation and payment of booking and valuation fees we will process the case and acknowledge any outstanding items within 72 hours (including the date of receipt)
- For cases meeting our minimum required documentation standards an offer will be issued in 6 working days following receipt of these documents, subject to no additional requirements being outstanding
If you have submitted an application in accordance with our submission standards and we do not deliver the above, please let us know and we'll pay you an additional fee of £100 on completion of the mortgage
